P&O Cruises releases summer 2026 programme with booking discount

P&O Cruises has released its summer 2026 programme with an early-bird booking discount.

More than 20 seven-night Mediterranean sailings departing from Southampton feature in the collection, across most of the line’s fleet.

Arvia (pictured) and Iona will each operate four new seven-night southern Mediterranean itineraries calling at Bilbao, La Coruna, Vigo and Cherbourg. Prices start at £649.

Arvia will also operate 14-night western Mediterranean itineraries, each with six different ports of call, and the ship will sail to Rome for the first time. Prices start at £1,149.

The line said it is operating more overnights and late calls in its 2026 programme, with Britannia offering evening departures in seven ports of call in the season including Ibiza, Cagliari and  Copenhagen, while overnight stays in Valetta, Quebec, Boston and New York feature on itineraries operated by Azura and Arcadia.

Aurora will sail 21-night central Mediterranean and 24-night eastern Mediterranean cruises, featuring “refreshed itineraries”, the line said. Prices lead in at £2,549.

Aurora will also operate a sailing calling at Istanbul which will mark the first time the line has visited the destination since 2015. Prices for the sailing, which will depart from Southampton on August 19, 2026, start at £2,249.

Azura will continue to operate fly-cruise itineraries in 2026, with a mixture of western, central and eastern Mediterranean itineraries departing from Malta every Thursday, with options for seven and 14-night sailings.

For the first time, the line’s 21-night Central Mediterranean itinerary will focus on Croatia, with calls at Dubrovnik, Split and Zadar, as well as four Mediterranean islands: Sardinia, Corfu, Malta and Mallorca. Prices for the sailing on Britannia which will depart on June 5, 2026, start at £1,999.

Britannia will also sail a new 14-night Iceland itinerary which will feature two full days in Reykjavik plus calls to Akureyri and Isafjordur. Prices start from £1,499.

Iona will operate seven-night Norwegian fjords itineraries throughout the whole summer 2026 season, including eight sailings during the school holidays. The lead-in price is £629.

The collection also features four special event cruises, three of which include opportunities to witness a total solar eclipse. Ventura will operate a 14-night Atlantic Coast cruise costing from £1,499 while Arcadia sails an Iceland and British Isles cruise from Southampton priced from £1,840.

Customers will have the option to add an overnight stay in Greenock to the Arcadia sailing to see the Edinburgh Tattoo.

The final special event cruise is a Northern Lights sailing on Aurora departing on October 20, 2026, and costing from £1,249.

Holidays booked by June 4 for departure between March 20 and October 31, 2026, will receive a 10% discount on applicable Select Price sailings as well as a 10% deposit offer on Select Price and Early Saver bookings.
